Application requirements:

Age

Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and have a certified birth certificate or state-issued driver’s license as proof of age.

Education

Applicants must provide an official transcript(s) of education achieved.

Military

Applicants who are military veterans and wish to receive consideration must submit a DD-214, or any similar documentation used to verify military training and/or experience.

Physical

Applicants must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the apprenticeship program, with or without a reasonable accommodation, and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of the individual or others.

Optional / Supplemental Documentation

-For Job Corps graduates will need to provide proof of a Job Corps Carpentry Certificate

-Copies of any construction related certificates should be provided. Certificates may include OSHA 10, OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR, AED, MEWPs, etc.

-Any other documentation or information such as letters of recommendation, personal merit citations, achievement awards, etc.

Once you submit your application, check your email for a notification it was received. Give us a week to review it and then a training coordinator should be in touch. If seven days have passed and you haven’t heard from someone, please contact your local training center.
