Are you looking for a job in the construction industry? Join us for a hands-on combine event, where participants will showcase work skills. Participants must register participate. We have timeslots available at 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., and 11:00 a.m. In your one-hour time slot, you will have the opportunity to learn and demonstrate basic skills, as well as meet with employers.
Who should attend?
Individuals with experience in scaffold or interior systems, those with little to no experience, and those who are interested in a possible career in construction are encouraged to attend.
What to Expect
For your safety, please wear long pants, shirt, and steel toe boots. You will be handling tools and equipment. This is your chance to demonstrate your attitude and teachability, as much as your construction skills. Those that impress during the combine will have the opportunity to interview and may be offered a job. You will also have the opportunity to learn about careers in construction and apprenticeship programs to help you level up your skills debt-free.
Onsite Interviews Available
Contractors will be on-site to observe combine participants. Interviews will be conducted with individuals who excel in the combine.
